Joey, I have that same problem too, but we have been friends for over 3 years and loved her as soon as I met her. Tell her how you feel about her, if she says no, then try and avoid her for a couple of days, hopefully she will realize that you are a big part of her life (don’t ask me why this works). Then hopefully she will make her move and say “I love you too”. There are some reasons she might not say no;

1) She’s just gotten out of a relationship.
2) She finds you annoying.
3) Could be any reason, but most likely if it’s in front of her friends, she will say no.

So try and catch her alone, if you can’t, ask her “can I speak to you in private for a moment?” Just remember, I’ve never been in a relationship, but I’m asking a girl out tomorrow, wish me luck!

You know guys. Once you understand the evolutionary significance of all these gestures of the human intellectual courtship, breaking your head over there stuff would become unnecessary. Once you’re capable of appreciating the true beauty of women, your girlfriend (in particular), you can think of a million ways to show how wonderful she means to you.
